To get to this tab select the purple cog button for the account you want to view/update the settings for. The second tab is the connection settings tab. You can update the account login details here at any time. This may be required if you have set a new password or if the broker has changed the server ip address.

Account password

The password for the MT4/MT5 account. This can be either the master or investor (read only) password.

Note if you want the account to be able to receive trades from other accounts or manage trade closes, you must use the master password.

Broker from dropdown

Select your accounts broker from the list. Once selected, a second dropdown will appear with the different server options. Select the relevant server name and update.

If your broker is not in the list, you can use the broker server IP option to enter the broker server IP manually.

To get your broker added send a message to support. We need to as much detail about the broker as possible, including the brokers url and any known server names.
